Vance arrives for Iran talks as ceasefire under strain

JD Vance claimed “great progress” had been made in peace talks with Iran as continued fighting between Israel and Hezbollah threatened to derail negotiations. The vice-president of the United States said he felt discussions on Lebanon were in a “great place” and America hoped to “turn over a new leaf” with Iran by “transforming the Middle East”.
