Car bomb kills Russian missile chief

A man believed to be a high-ranking Russian military official in charge of ammunition supplies was assassinated with a car bomb near Moscow. Surveillance footage caught the moment a car exploded in the middle of the street early on Tuesday in Balashikha, an industrial satellite town around six miles east of Moscow known for housing senior military personnel.
