FA knew of complaints against David Sullivan

Concerns over David Sullivan were raised with the Football Association years before he stepped down as co-chairman of West Ham on Saturday, The Telegraph can reveal. The governing body launched a safeguarding investigation and sought witness testimony after being made aware since at least 2023 of complaints against him.
