Disgraced former Representative George Santos is under investigation by federal officials over bets he is said to have made on whether he would attend Donald Trump’s State of the Union speech. A day before the US president’s address to the joint houses of Congress on Feb 24, Santos, 37, said in a video posted on social media that he would be attending.
