Michael, the critically panned but box-office-conquering Michael Jackson biopic, opens with the future King of Pop as a child, staring wistfully out of the window of his family home. The eight-year-old Jackson appears much keener on joining the snowball fight that his fellow children in Gary, Indiana, have started than rehearsing with his brothers under the domineering gaze of his father, Joe (played with real menace by Colman Domingo).
