French spies drop Palantir over US surveillance fears

French spies are dropping Palantir over fears of dependence on American software. France’s domestic intelligence agency will end its use of the controversial surveillance giant co-founded by Peter Thiel, the Silicon Valley billionaire who is close to Donald Trump.
