E-bike takeaway couriers are routinely speeding in cycle lanes, mounting pavements and using their phones while riding, putting pedestrians at risk, an investigation by The Telegraph found. Over two days, The Telegraph observed and filmed dozens of delivery workers speeding in a 20mph zone near a dark kitchen hotspot in Battersea, south-west London.
